Sara explains that she was very lucky and fortunate enough to get involved in the stock market at an early age and learned about drop shipping on Shopify. Her methods into creating wealth are explained through out the video and after one great sale of an item she was able to generate $60,000. This led her to invest her money wisely into the stock market. Sara is very transparent about her finances and even explains she had invested her $60,000 into Tesla and Apple Stock. After a great couple of months for Tesla, Sara explains that her stocks went up 400%. This is a remarkable achievement and gained her around $200,000.
Sara explains that after that, she paid 50% of her $400,000 home off as the down payment and had a co-signer help her get the remaining loan amount to start her 30 year mortgage. This means that her monthly payments were significantly lowered due to her 50% down payment amount and was roughly paying around $800 a month to live in her own house.
The hustle never stops
Sara decided that she would continue to save herself money by renting out her 2 other rooms so she would basically be living for free in her own house. Her room mates would be paying off the remaining mortgage in return for living in a very affordable living arrangement. This is a very crucial part of her success.
