Sergio’s personality, humor, and charisma endeared him to the hearts of the Latino and Mexican communities he represented, and he went on to collaborate with other notable YouTubers such as SuperEEEgo, Travie Based, Timothy DeLaGhetto, and more.
In fact, Sergio Razta’s popularity was such that he even caught the attention of Ellen Degeneres, who featured his video as one of her favorites in a compilation for her Dance Dare challenge. Through his engaging content and entertaining personality, Sergio Razta became a respected and beloved figure in the world of YouTube and beyond.
What Happened?
Before delving into the tragic news of Sergio Razta’s death, it is important to reflect on the series of events that preceded this heartbreaking moment.
At the pinnacle of his career, Sergio Razta was a YouTube star who commanded an average daily viewership of 200,000-500,000. However, as his depression deepened, his videos started to lose their appeal, and he struggled to meet the demands of his fans for high-quality content. Becoming a father at just 16 years old was undoubtedly a daunting responsibility, which must have added to the stress of his career. Alongside these pressures, personal debts, strained relationships, toxic friends, school, and an eating disorder only exacerbated his problems.
In 2015, Sergio was the victim of a brutal stabbing in Chicago, an incident he bravely documented in a YouTube video right here. The trauma of this horrific event, coupled with his rapid rise to fame, must have been challenging for him to cope with at such a young age. Although Sergio had a strong fan base, he also had a large number of haters who made his life miserable. As Sergio’s depression and isolation from social media intensified, he began to gain weight, and his haters shamelessly fat-shamed him. Bullying, whether online or in-person, is never acceptable, and it can have devastating consequences for those who experience it.
Ultimately, the cumulative effects of these challenges may have contributed to Sergio’s tragic death. It is a poignant reminder of the need to take mental health issues seriously and to treat everyone with kindness and respect, irrespective of their fame or status.
Did he die?
According to a Distractify article, “Sergio’s family has yet to address these claims. Currently, there is no official information available on the cause of death, or the date it took place. ” This is true. Many people have searched up Sergio’s real name as Sergio Trujillo in the Chicago obituary and have yet to find any information to clear up these rumors. Some theories say that he overdosed on Xanax. Others say he died in a car accident and his family has kept quiet about this. People have even speculated that he left the USA to live in Mexico to escape a really bad controversy he was embroiled in.

Sergio Razta the Scammer?
Did Sergio Razta actually scam people? The short answer: Yes.
Sergio Razta’s former fans have accused him of scamming them, and some have even posted about it on social media. There’s video evidence of Sergio asking a fan for money to purchase an item, and it’s been confirmed on his Facebook page that he was selling a laptop at a discounted price and urging his followers to message him for more information. Despite his denial of the allegations during his last YouTube livestream, there’s widespread evidence on social media to suggest that he did scam some people. It’s a reminder to always exercise caution before sending money to internet personalities. Watch the proof below.
During Sergio’s last 25-minute livestream, he addressed the allegations of scamming and claimed that his Twitter account had been hacked. However, he contradicted himself by later stating that he was willing to sell his Twitter to the highest bidder. This behavior was confusing, leaving many people wondering how someone could sell something they claim was hacked.
In the video, Sergio appeared to be intoxicated or high as he chatted with his fans and bet money online. He denied the scamming allegations, but then began playing blackjack without realizing he was still livestreaming. This behavior was unusual for him, as he was usually known for his charismatic persona in previous videos.
In addition, Sergio’s right eye was swollen and shut throughout the video, indicating that he may have been punched and unable to see from it. It was difficult to watch and truly sad to see this as his last video uploaded on July 13, 2018.
Final Thoughts
Is Sergio Razta still alive?
The truth is that only a select few people know the answer to that question. These individuals include his family, close friends (whoever they may be), his ex-girlfriend (the mother of his child, Benjamin), and a few key influencers such as Super Ego and Arenas.
Clues to his disappearance can be found in his last livestream. Some viewers have commented that Sergio may have fled to Mexico, while others claim to know the truth. Arenas, who previously collaborated with Sergio on a video, has stated that he will soon reveal the truth he has kept hidden for too long.
Another person who may have information about Sergio’s fate is Super Ego. According to comments on Sergio’s videos, some fans claim that Super Ego confirmed Sergio’s death during one of his livestreams after the mother of Sergio’s son joined and gave her approval for him to speak about it. However, there is no video proof of this livestream, so only Super Ego can confirm or deny this.
